The best western pub in Ubon (there are only two) but don’t let that put you off as it is a good place.
Good priced food which tastes pretty nice to me. They bake their own bread and I can recommend the wrong way burger for 195 baht ($7) Home prepared 100% beef paddy with cheese and bacon between two nice slices of sour dough bread with chips.

Non alcoholic drinks are at prices they should be and the beers are cold, really cold.
Open from 2pm – 11pm Mon – Sat.
Don’t let the sign fool you, there is no pizza.
Ting the owner can usually be found behind the bar.
Check ya emails if you want or bring your own laptop as they have wifi.
Great sound system. If you have kids, plonk them in front of a video while you socialise. 
Small library, bring a book and swap it for something else.
